RESOLUTION NO. 04 OF 2015
Whereas the borough of briar creek will incur certain expenses in the administration of its zoning ordinance;
Whereas the borough of briar creek wishes to recover a reasonable portion of these expenses from the applicant;
Now, therefore be it resolved the following fee schedule shall be utilized in the administration of the Briar Creek Borough zoning ordinance. No permit shall be issued nor hearing or meeting scheduled until such fee has been paid in full to Briar Creek Borough.
