RESOLUTION NO. 04 OF 2015
Whereas the borough of briar creek will incur certain expenses in the administration of its zoning ordinance;
Whereas the borough of briar creek wishes to recover a reasonable portion of these expenses from the applicant;
Now, therefore be it resolved the following fee schedule shall be utilized in the administration of the Briar Creek Borough zoning ordinance. No permit shall be issued nor hearing or meeting scheduled until such fee has been paid in full to Briar Creek Borough.

Independent review: the applicant shall reimburse the borough of briar creek for any costs incurred for review of the application by consultants of the Borough of Briar Creek.
Penalty: Failure to obtain the necessary permit prior to the initiation of construction, erection of sign or change of use could result in a penalty of $100.00 being added to the above specified charges. (this fee is not in lieu of any other enforcement penalties set forth in the zoning ordinance).
